After training in France and Switzerland, Chef Akama opened this family-operated restaurant in Shiogama. Despite sustaining major damage and flooding from the earthquake and tsunami in March 2011 at both his restaurant and his home, Chef Akama rushed to nearby evacuation centers to provide food for tsunami survivors. Come and savor the succulent creations of this warm-hearted chef, and have a taste of French à la japonaise.
