Kumano Kodo Beer, a hoppy brown ale made in tribute to the recognition of Kumano Kodo as a World Heritage Site, is a nice way to dive into the Japanese microbrewery scene. Kumanogawa is a medium dry sake made with water from the riverbed of the Kumano River and matured by the north wind during the harsh winter months. Oh, and don’t forget to have a hot spring egg !
